Which provider do you ship with?
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) and ship Priority mail.
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship by the next business day, at the latest.
What if my item is back-ordered or out-of-stock?
After your order has been placed, we will send an email by the next business day with the order status and shipping dates.
I’m located outside of the United States and want to make an order.
Send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will connect you with an outlet that services your country.
I’m a member of the armed forces but I’m stationed abroad; how do I order?
Contact us here, email@example.com, with the proper postal information (including your APO/FPO) and we will place an order for you using alternative measures.
I ordered the wrong pomade, can I exchange it for another?
Yes. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be able to help exchange your product. However, shipping charges may be applied.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy on all unopened products. We will also accept gently used hair products as well. You will receive credit back based on your method of payment for the full amount. However, we do require proof of purchase, and will charge shipping for any returns. Will process on receipt of returned items.
